Alyssa focuses her practice in the area of family law and represents clients in various divorce, post-divorce, custody, parenting time, child relocation, child support, and domestic violence proceedings. She has experience with both high-conflict and high-income matters. Alyssa volunteers as a panellist for the Bergen County Early Settlement Panel. 

 

Alyssa has strong interpersonal skills and understands the sensitive, emotional nature of Family Part proceedings. Alyssa provides her clients with zealous advocacy, guidance, and empathy. 

 

Prior to working at Dimin Fierro,  Alyssa served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Carol V. Novey Catuogno, A.J.S.C., in the Bergen County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part. 

 

Alyssa is from a large family and was born and raised in Bergen County. She is grateful to help those from the community she grew up in. Alyssa enjoys spending her free time with her dog, Paulie.
