Gabby represents clients in state and local courts in a broad range of business disputes, commercial litigation, family matters, and municipal matters.

 

She has experience with litigation involving commercial leasing, construction, development projects, and breach of contract claims. Her clients include business owners, contractors, subcontractors, developers, and commercial real estate agencies involved in a broad range of projects.

 

Due to Gabby’s experience in the Appellate Division, she is able to anticipate issues during pretrial and trial litigation, address them, and therefore avoid or reduce any appellate costs for the client.

 

Before Dimin Fierro

Gabby began working for Mark P. Fierro, Esq., prior to the formation of Dimin Fierro, beginning in 2016 while she was a student at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She joined Dimin Fierro full time after completing a Judicial Clerkship in the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division for The Honorable Heidi W. Currier, P.J.A.D.

 

Gabby grew up in the Northeast section of Philadelphia but has lived in Northern New Jersey for over eleven years. She spends her time volunteering for animal shelters, attending live music events, and with her cat, Winnie.
