Personal Profile
Mark is a shareholder of the firm Dimin Fierro. He has devoted most of his thirty-nine years attending to the needs of thousands of businesses and individuals relying on his extensive legal knowledge in a broad range of practice areas, including divorce and family law, municipal matters such as traffic tickets and DWIs, wills and estates, collection matters, landlord-tenant matters, and contract negotiation.
Further, Mark has served as municipal prosecutor for the last thirty-eight years in towns all over Bergen County, which currently includes Alpine, Closter, Demarest, Garfield, Leonia, Northvale, Ridgewood, Rockleigh, and Tenafly.
Before Dimin Fierro:
Prior to the formation of Dimin Fierro, Mark was the sole practitioner of his own firm, Mark P. Fierro, LLC, located in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
Formerly a partner with the law firm Fierro, Fierro & Izzard, P.C., prior to forming his sole practice, Mark practiced with his father, Alfred Daniel Fierro, Esq., his brother, The Honorable Matthew J. Fierro, J.M.C., and colleague Thomas W. Izzard, Esq., for over twenty-two years. He was exclusively responsible for the firm’s divorce and family law cases, while handling a broad spectrum of other matters.
After obtaining his law degree and before joining the family firm, Mark served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, under The Honorable Peter F. Boggia, J.S.C. (Ret.).
